hmmm if i make more disk space will that improve my luck and make things better?

Could be. Clean your C:\ drive from all personal documents. Just keep Windows and your programs onto it.
Use the second partition for a few personal documents (create a folder called "Personal" for that) and games (create a folder called "Games" for that). You have a lack of space problem though, so you'll have to create it by moving as much personal documents as you can onto dvd's.
The end-result should be, that on C:\ you have 9 GB free space left, and on D:\ you have 13 GB free space left.
Once you have done that, post back.
