Unplug it; the game does not support any controller and cannot configure (it gets confused) when one is attached.

Ahh.. ok.

1. Do you have an antivirus application, tell it to exclude mm.exe (many consider the game's launcher a virus, which it isn't).
Then, try rebooting with all startup items disabled.
Start > Run... type in
msconfig
click OK.
On the Startup tab, untick all items. Try the game.

3. Try a larger Paged Pool than you previously did:
Open the registry editor:
Click Start > Run, type in
regedit

then hit Enter.
In the Registry, navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management

Double click on "PagedPoolSize". Change the (hexadecimal) Value Data to:

10000000

This will reserve 256MB Paged Pool.

Reboot the PC.

Now try to launch the game.

thanks for your help dud im already contact the ubisoft support cuz i really cant play, nothing works i have to wait til monday so... maybe im going to post the answer here.
