Dark Messiah dosen't load AT ALL!

In msconfig (Start > Run... type in
msconfig
click OK
select the startup items tab), make sure these items are unticked:

Windows Live OneCare Saftey scanner
Windows Live Sync
Windows Live Upload Tool
Xfire
Skype
WeGame
Steam
Bittorrent
DNA
CCleaner
Hamachi

then
reboot, and try the game again?

It's called "Startup". Next to the Tools tab on the msconfig menu,
or anywhere else (depending on your language) in alphabetical order from left to right.

Alright, sorry for asking same question twice, dident notice that there was a second page
I've both unchecked all the items (acctually steam was the only one i could find), restarted and still nothing.
I defragged and still nothing. JESUS this is getting annoying

set the Steam interface language to English

could you try that?

And make sure the Global 3D settings in the nVidia control panel are at default, and not to override any ingame options.

It's on english. And the 3D settings are on "Let the 3D application decide"

Hmm... your game is stuck before actual first time run. You had connected two monitors, now only one? Maybe it is connected to the secondary output? Try the other output on the card.

When i first installed it i only had one monitor. Got two now again and tried it when second was primary also, still nothing >,<

Maybe you have a codecs problem. Could you try:
download and install Bink Player.
Try to play the game's fmv's (in the game's directory > Media folder). If that was susccessful, again try the game.
