Yes, then manually set 1.8 in DRAM voltage option.

Besides the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL i also see a
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL -> tcpip.sys
- an issue with the TCP handling.
Check if the problem still happens when the internet (modem/router or whatever you are using) is disconnected from this PC for a few days, while keeping doing other stuff on the PC of course.

Btw, did you at all install network drivers? It's Marvell Yukon on my Asus boards...
From your dxdiag:
Name: Atheros AR8121/AR8113/AR8114 PCI-E Ethernet Controller(NDIS6.20)
Device ID: PCI\VEN_1969&DEV_1026&SUBSYS_82261043&REV_B0\4&8372D40&0&00E5
Driver: C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\L1E62x64.sys, 1.00.0000.0015 (English), 6/19/2009 21:09:57, 54272 bytes
... :inv:
Yes, i see: ASUS P5Q Pro has this one.

Download from this Atheros page their latest driver version:
Atheros AR81Family Windows Driver x86/x64(Win7,Vista, XP, Server 2003)

AR81FamilyWinSetup_1.0.0.47_WHQL.rar -------- 2411K
You'll get DriverVer = 12/03/2009,1.0.0.20
download, right-click > Properties, unblock, then unrar. Then right-click on Setup.exe > Run as administrator.
Keep this one, the one on the Asus CD you must never install again. Best to keep all newer drivers downloads in a seperate folder on a seperate disc.

I tried the driver and I had 6 BSODS just this morning, the frequency seems to be pretty random, but I have a feeling this could have worsened it (6 in like 4-5 hours!)

Your previous driverversion was out of date, 19 June 2009. This one is from 3 December 2009.

1. Did you as i asked, disconnect from internet (that is to test if TCP handling is the culprit)?

2. Do you use wireless, or wired internet?
3. Are you on your own modem, or do you share with others in the same house?
4. What is the chipset driver that you installed, from the Asus CD? Or did you downloaded the latest from Intel?

So, do the BSOD's also happen when disconnected from Internet?
There is a bug that sometimes happened to me in Vista, and no reason to assume it wouldn't happen in W7 so i applied the fix in both: see thread.
Also, set your local tcpip static: like seen in this picture. You all share the same ip address. But in your house your PC's form a local network (whether you are using it as such or not). Make yours static within the network. (Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Local Area Connection > Properties > double-click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)).

The chipset drivers in the meantime have updated on Intel page: Ver:9.1.1.1025 ----------- Date:12/22/2009 ----------- Size:2723 (KB) is the latest now.

Oh yeah, you might want to disable automatic rebooting with crash:
Right-click Computer > Properties > Advanced System settings > Tab "Advanced" > Startup and Recovery > Settings button > uncheck Automatically restart (under System Failure), you can even choose where you want it to save the minidump.

they still happen. Two things:

1. On my other computer, I had the same video card and PSU I have now, and I had blue screens but only when closing the computer. That computer had xp. Do you think that by changing the OS I could go back to my old errors? I know it's changing from a problem to another, but at least I didn't have the BSODS while I was active on the computer.

2. Our last get was the PSU, do you still believe it might have something to do with it? If so, I can try borrowing my friends to see if the errors persist.

Only if his PSU is absolutely quality stuff and powerful enough, otherwise you might get new problems.

But if it is: of course you should try. If on both OS's the same happens, (no matter when it happened, during useage or during exiting) it is likely a hardware issue, so yes to rule out as much as possible try to change PSU. And check if the RAM modules are really really properly seated.
