ATI errors in ACE Event Log - Windows 7 x64

Happens for quite some time in every Catalyst drivers suite i install on my PC with 2 x HD5870 crossfire, WHQLs and "Hotfix" versions.

The problem is: every bootup in Windows, always the same series of error messages clog the Event Viewer. The messages point to the cause of the errors. They should be fixed.

In Event Viewer > Windows Logs > System:
After each bootup 30 new (newly written, but always the same) AMD/ATI related logs are written within 8 seconds:
UVD Information, Event ID 62464, "amdkmdag".
These logs are identical and not very informative.
It's my guess that because of the series of errors (as reported in ACEEventLog) during booting up, the ATI driver stutters, during which it passes a threshold several times back and forth.
If this stuttering would not happen, only one amdkmdag UVD Information log would be written.

In Event Viewer > Applications and Services Logs > ACEEventLog:
After each bootup 45 new (newly written, but always the same) AMD/ATI related logs in a row are written within 24 seconds :

This is crazy!!!!!! I just happened to look in the event viewer to try to figure out why the help files wouldn't open and saw that in the last 6 hrs there's been 422 events logged. So I located the entry where the help file failed to open and it says:

Exception <"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ATI\ACE\Help\en-US\index.html">: The system cannot find the file specified

............so I went to that location and the files were there.

I uninstalled all ATI files before this install.... think Im gunna go back and install only from the hotfix file as you recommended. Going to leave out the codecs and HDMI too, unless I cant get my sound to work. Thanks for the post... and for giving me a place to bitch. LOL

Are you sure about that path? It doesn't even exist here (Windows 7 Ultimate x64). I have:
C:\Users\All Users\ATI\ACE (only profiles.xml in there)

and of course
C:\Users\*me*\AppData\Local\ATI\ACE (Manifest.bin, Manifest.xml and Profiles.xml)

But the Help files are (at least here on my pc) located at:
C:\ProgramData\ATI\ACE\Help\en-US
and Help works fine.
