That's your problem. Either the memorycontroller, or the physical RAM itself is dodgy or maybe not completely compatible with the motherboard.

The third test is the CPU test isn't it? At least we know now it has nothing to do with your videocard.

You already flashed to the latest BIOS.
Try different RAM, downside to that is you'd have to buy it first.
Reinstall the memory controller drivers, they are part of the chipset package. Reading back, i see you already did.

The Kingston memory sticks, you have them in DIMM slots A1 and B1 is that right? You can try A2 and B2.

I will try to swich the kingston modules to the other banks.

Nevertheless, it's the memory not performing as it should.
Is it on the memory compatibility list
It is a dual channel KIT you have in, correct?

The culprit can be the motherboard itself though. I myself had Corsair RAM die on a P5W DH, a dedicated thread on another forum showed that the same happened to more people with the same board, the vdroop on that board is too high and probably caused one stick to fry.
But then also a board acting wierd on the volts can also be caused by a not trustworthy PSU. What PSU do you have?

I don't know your board, but is it true that you can set individual volts for each set of DIMM slots?? If so, check that they are exactly the same!

Also: you said you have the RAM settings at "auto". That doesn't necessarily mean it is the best for your specific RAM. What is your exact RAM (the type number)? Look with SIW, the standalone version (freeware).

	2048 MB

Aantal modules
	2

Bouwvorm

	DIMM

Type

	SDRAM-DDR2

Standaard
	DDR2 - 800 (PC2 - 6400)

Timings

CAS Latency (CL) 4
RAS-to-CAS-Delay (tRCD) 4
RAS-Precharge-Time (tRP) 4
Row-Active-Time (tRAS) 12

Aansluiting

	240-pins

Spanning
	2 Volt

Spanningsbereik

The attachment is a printscreen of my SIW - memory

Maybe you can get any wiser?

About the volt settings.. i don't know i can... I don't like to do things in the bios if i don't know what i'm doing....

"Slot 1 - slot 2"? To enable dual channel, they should be in slot 1 + slot 3

Could you open the case, and check that the RAM modules are both in slots with the same colour.

Returning to the game (AC) and your original post: set the hardware acceleration to basic (rather than none) and try the game. In dxdiag > "sound" tab.

The dimms are in the same color. Now the dimms are in the second and fourth slot

Hardware acceleration is already set to basic. You suggested this before :)
